At VONN, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our luxury lighting and home fixtures. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all hardware, manuals, and protective internal padding.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of the box, ensuring any old labels are removed.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned fixture for any damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
